How It Works

Single Product Orders
If you purchase one product and are not satisfied, you are eligible for a full refund (product price only). -
Multi-Pack Orders (2, 3, or 4+ units)

We will refund the cost of one opened unit only (the “first unit guarantee”).

Any additional units must be returned sealed and unused in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

This ensures you can try our product risk-free without being able to consume multiple units before requesting a refund.

Email our support team at (team@theapexhuman.com) within 30 days of your order date to start your return. Please include your order number. No Returns without approval. -
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Once a return has been activated, customer has 5 business days to return if it goes over this the return and refund will be revoked and revised.
- For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened or partially used units beyond the first eligible product.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
