My wife and tried Pure Rest with no explanation. It has made a significant improvement to both of our sleep. Both of us were averaging less than 3hrs sleep a night. We now average at least 6 a lot of nights of 8hrs. We still occasionally have the odd night of poor sleep but these are now not the norm.
