A great help with focus
I started using Aikyam pure focus to help with my feelings of fuzziness. I was finding it hard to focus and I started to forget things. An absolute miracle
I have struggled with sleep for a long time and have tried so many products, some would work for a while but then I would find I was back to some nights having no sleep at all. This affected my life so much. I had read about Aikyam Pure Rest and saw some amazing reviews, so decided to give it ago, it wasn't a quick fix for me, but I kept with it, and now I can say, what an absolute miracle, straight to sleep, I still wakeup with hot flushes, but no more staying awake I go straight back to sleep.

It’s a lifesaver for me!
I was sceptical, but desperate, so I read up on all the ingredients to check for side effects, then gave it ago. Thank God I did! I’m 65 and was struggling to get going in the mornings, sleeping in late, struggling to focus long enough to finish little household jobs, and losing motivation to go out and do things. Within 2 weeks, I started to feel less groggy in the mornings, then began to become motivated again within a month. My mind is sharper and I am getting energy back. Thank you! I had to start with just half a teaspoon and build up slowly, as I have naturally thin blood and the ginkgo biloba can thin blood more, but I have found just 1.5 teaspoons daily is effective for me, probably as I am not a big person. Was I heading towards dementia? Scary, but my head is clear now!

Very impressed with Pure Rest
My wife and tried Pure Rest with no explanation. It has made a significant improvement to both of our sleep. Both of us were averaging less than 3hrs sleep a night. We now average at least 6 a lot of nights of 8hrs. We still occasionally have the odd night of poor sleep but these are now not the norm.
